Mingoville is a 100% online English learning course for kids all ages. Mingoville is known for its colorful and interactive stories, games, songs and various exercises that kids just love to play with in order to improve their English skills.
- Are there any Mingoville offline courses or schools?
No, Mingoville is a solely online community. We do not have any offline courses (e.g. CDs) or schools.
- Is Mingoville designed for learning other languages besides English?
No, currently Mingoville is an English learning program only. However, in the near future Mingoville will come with more languages such as Spanish and French.
- How do I sign up for Mingoville?
Press the payment button on the front page. Fill out the subscription form. Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing your access information.
- What is the suitable age for Mingoville?
Mingoville was designed for kids of 5-14 years old. However, Mingoville has widely been used by individuals older than 14 years old. It also depends on where you come from e.g. we have older users in Asia, whereas European kids tend to start the Mingoville course a little earlier.
- I have two kids; one is 5, the other is 14. Can they both learn English through Mingoville?
Absolutely yes! Mingoville contains a variety of exercises, games, and tools that cater to kids with either little or no knowledge of English at all. In some cases, younger age groups may need initial assistance.
- Is there any restriction to a number of hours allowed to use Mingoville?
Mingoville can be accessed 24/7 from anywhere in the world with a computer and Internet connection.
- How many hours can my kid learn English through Mingoville?
As many as you and your kid would like to.
- Will my child learn to write essays?
Essay writing comes with writing practice. Mingoville contains spelling and writing exercises. However, these exercises are at beginners’ level and therefore, you should not expect a dramatic improvement in the writing ability of your child.
- If I were to buy the Mingoville course is there a section where I can indicate the level that I want my child to subscribe to?
Mingoville can be purchased all at once with no level indication. All activities within Missions in the program start at the beginner’s level. As a child completes activities the level of difficulty increases as well.
- How can I evaluate the progress of my child?
When you enter the main portal, you will see “My profile” button. This is where you should go in order to monitor your kid’s performance.
- Is Mingoville limited to only kids?
No, we have adults using Mingoville for a variety of interactive exercises such as listening and pronunciation tools.
- Will my child get a certificate upon completion of the Mingoville course?
Yes, we can provide your child with a proprietary Mingoville Certificate upon request. Due to Mingoville non-traditional approach it is really up to you to decide whether or not to claim the Certificate.
